You have the advantage of having control of your vessel sailing from the country you have been drilling to Singapore. When you have prices from tug operators from the country you have been drilling to Singapore, you will have more control on your expenses.

Although Singapore is expensive, it is still the ideal place to mobilize and de-mobilize your drilling contract. We can source among the tug operators from the country you are drilling and Singapore for the best price. We will arrange permits for your vessel to leave the country you are drilling and tug to whichever shipyards or parking area you have predetermined.

When your vessel arrives in Singapore waters, we will arrange for Singapore customs and pilot to board your vessel.

From there we will take charge of your vessel, by signing on your crews and obtaining all relevant documentation and permits for your vessel to be cleared and to proceed to the designated destination.

The tug will then accompany the rig to the yard. We are then responsible for Singapore Port charges to the Maritime Port Authority of Singapore. We are also responsible for the application and endorsement of Passports, Seamen's books and visas by Singapore Customs for all the crew. When the Vessel Trading Certificates expire, we are responsible to renew them.

To assist your rig whilst in the parking area we will provide launch services, barges for off loading of materials and equipment, water and fuel for the rig consummation and rental of equipment if required.

All equipment coming off the rig for storage, our company will be responsible for GST. We are able to assist you to import an on-shore rig and stack in Singapore without you having to pay GST to the Singapore Government.

Other amenities that we provide are office space, hotel accommodation and car rental for non-crews and management staff.

When your vessel calls on Singapore yards and is require to stay for a short period of time, and new crews are required to join the vessel. We will require the list of names of the new crew joining the vessel from you prior to their arrival. We will apply for all necessary permits from the Controller of Immigration before the crew arrives.

When the crew arrives in Singapore we will provide a letter of guarantee and the approval permit from the Immigration Department to the Immigration officer manning the Immigration checkpoint at the airport to allow your crew to enter Singapore.

On clearances, we will receive the crew and check their individual seamen's books to ensure that it has not expired. All expired seamen's books will be sent for endorsement. We will inform the vessel that all crew working onboard will be in procession of valid seamen's books as required by law.

In Singapore, all crew are allowed two weeks (fourteen days) stay, we are able to apply for an extension when their permits expire.

Singapore Government is very strict in regards to immigration regulations. There will be regular checks by the field Immigration Officers and the police to ensure that all immigration rules are adhered to.

Signing off crew, a list of crew members signing off should be provided prior to their departure, then we can check on the validity of their air tickets and make all necessary arrangements with the airlines for seats to their destinations..

The names and particulars of all the crew signing off must be given to the Controller of Immigration a few days prior to their departure and a copy to be sent to the Immigration Check Point at the airport on the day

Transportation will be arranged to transfer the crews from the vessel to the airport. We will ensure the crews are checked-in promptly. of their departure.
